There are two options to access my cars from the airport. FREE and “Convenience Pick Up” which are under the “PARKING DETAILS” on all my listing. You can choose the method works best for your trip.

For Standard FREE option: Your car is parked across the street from McCarran Rent-A-Car Center, at 6889 La Cienega St, Las Vegas, NV 89119. You can get to this location by taking FREE shuttle from LAS airport to McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Once you get dropped off you can walk approximately 5-10 minutes to the designated location where car is parked at 6889 La Cienega St, Las Vegas, NV 89119. This street is on the EAST side of the Hilton Homewood Suites, NOT in front. It is well-lighted at night. This will help us avoid the hassles and the cost at the airport. As a Las Vegas native, this is the best way for guests to pick up car. Instead of waiting in line at a counter, or on a late/forgetful owner at the curb, you pick up the car when you're ready. You pick car up from the like a local who's flying home!

If you need help please send us text or message. The hotel will not be able to assist you finding the car due to them having nothing to do with Turo, we take advantage of public parking for your convenience. The hotel doesn’t want to be bothered. If you would like to pick up your car earlier you will have to adjust your reservation with Turo. If you use Uber/Lyft, it is about $6-$12 directly from the airport. We let you know in advance, so if this will not work you can make other arrangements.

Convenience Pick Up

To ensure guests' satisfaction, please confirm that you review LAS picking up opitons under parking details on the listing. You selected “Convenience Pick Up” option. We will deliver car to airport long term parking. We will send parking location of the car and how to get the key with 8 hours of your trip starts. Depends on when the car is drop off. The parking fee ranging from $2 to max of $16. We will go Dutch on the parking fee. You would pay for parking when you get the car out. We will pay for parking when we pick up the car from you.

**IMPORTANT** Just want to advise you when you’re at the pick up don’t tell any airport persons it is Turo (Biggest competitor to rental companies at the airport) they give tickets for drop offs! $50-$500 will be charged at your own cost.

Pick up instructions

Please follow these 3 simple steps when you pinpoint the vehicle

1. Remote ID check: Turo’s liability insurance requires that we verify your license before handing over the keys. - To speed up the check-in process, For self check in / to expedite the process, please upload Photo of your ID and a Selfie with you holding the ID for verification purposes under Trip Photos > Add Photo in trip detail page or text to us at (929) 244-3685. Send this 24 hours before the trip started, but not before. (We can also do video conferencing when you are at the cars/ or on site staff verification but it might take longer) If you have questions, you can see link before or call Turo for help at 415-965-4525
2. Locate Vehicle: Take pictures of the car exterior including front right, front left, back right, back left, windshield. Camera should be held at a low angle, about level with the headlights of the car. Once you get inside car please take mileage/gas photo and car interior then upload photos to trip photo. You should end up with twelve pictures give or take. This process is for your best interest and proof of cars condition.
3. Access code: When you arrive to the car at trip starts, we will remotely unlock the DRIVER door, there will be a lockbox on the passenger floor. You will receive the code for the lockbox at the time your trip starts. Check Turo messages, if code has not been sent in advance simply message us “I am at the car” Once you have obtained four digit code press the reset button in between the pound and star button, second punch in four digit code, third press down on the silver button at the top of the box.

If you need to extend your trip please just send a request on the app, if the car available the request will be approved. No need to send us a message. When your trip is over return car in the same condition we gave it to you in and he same location you picked it up from. For self drop off, you may park in the same spot you picked up from. Please place the keys in the lockbox, slide the lockbox under passenger seat and then Lock all the doors. Send us a message when that is finished. We will activate alarm and disable car ignition. Send us a message when the car is back. Our staff will come out to check in the car. You don’t have to wait for us.

Return Instruction:

6889 La Cienega St, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Park car ON the side of the street. Use Lockbox under passenger seat secure key inside, leave driver door unlocked, let host know when you get done.

*To document the condition please prompt thru the Check In/Out process on app. Remember to take all interior/exterior/gas/mileage/cleanliness of the car current condition to free liability and so we can document what you have returned the car as.
